How to Order (6 Simple Steps)

Inquiry & Details
Submit your request via our website form. Please provide full specifications: Model, Waist Size, Hand Orientation, and Customization.

Quote & Confirmation
We will review your specifications and send a detailed email confirming the final price and shipping costs.

Secure Payment
Once details are approved, we will send a PayPal invoice. Full payment (or a deposit for bulk orders) secures your production slot.

Craftsmanship Phase
Our production operates in scheduled batches. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for handcrafting.

Quality Control
We verify product quality and completeness. We will notify you via email once your item is ready for shipping.

Worldwide Shipping
Your order is shipped via an international courier. A tracking number will be provided immediately upon dispatch.
Detailed Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy
All items are Made-to-Order. Production begins only after payment is confirmed (Full payment for single items; 50% deposit for bulk orders: 3+ items).
Production Lead Time
Our standard crafting time is 4-6 weeks. We strive for punctuality, but in the rare event of an unforeseen delay, we will communicate this directly via email.
Shipping Liability
We ensure secure packing. Olle Craft is not liable for damage/loss during transit by the carrier, but will assist in filing claims.
Import Duties & Taxes
Shipments are DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Buyer is solely responsible for import taxes/VAT. We are not responsible if packages are destroyed due to refusal to pay tax.
Warranty & Returns
We will replace items with clear manufacturing defects if claimed within 3 days of receipt. Returns are not accepted for 'change of mind' on custom items.
